 This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "<SafePass>" (hereinafter referred to as "KxDx", https://kxdx987.blogspot.com/).

In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, we establish and disclose this Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information and to handle related complaints promptly and smoothly.

We will announce any future amendments to this policy via app notifications or official notices.


1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

This application is a standalone utility app that does not collect, store, or use any personal information.
We do not require user accounts or membership information.

However, for functionality such as advertising and analytics, we may collect non-personally identifiable information through third-party SDKs (such as Google AdMob and Firebase), which are used only to provide app services.


2. Use of Third-Party SDKs

AdMob (Google Inc.)

  • Purpose: Displaying advertisements

  • Data collected: Advertising Identifier (Android Advertising ID) — not personally identifiable

Firebase Analytics (Google Inc.)

  • Purpose: Analyzing app usage and crash reports

  • Data collected: Device information in a non-personally identifiable form


3. Personal Information Files

We do not operate or store any personal information files.
Cookies are not used or stored by this app.
All data related to advertising and store services is processed directly by the relevant platforms (e.g., Google, Apple) through their SDKs — not by us.

If users have concerns, they should contact those services directly.


4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

We do not store or directly retain any personal information.

Any data collected through third-party SDKs is processed under the responsibility of the respective platform providers.

Therefore, we do not define or control any retention period for user information.


5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We do not provide personal information to any third party.


6. Delegation of Personal Information Processing

We do not delegate any personal information processing to external parties.


7. Rights of the Information Subject

As an information subject, you have the right to:

  • Request access to personal data

  • Request corrections if there are errors

  • Request deletion of data

  • Request suspension of processing

However, as we do not collect or store personal information, there is no stored data to act upon.


8. Destruction of Personal Information

The server may temporarily store anonymized user identifiers (UIDs) only for the purpose of managing valid subscriptions. These UIDs cannot be used to personally identify users and are not combined with any other personal information. No sensitive personal data (such as name, email, or payment details) is collected, stored, or retained.
