1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the [Scroller] mobile application ("the App") provided by the operator ("we", "our", or "us"). By using this App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • User: Any individual who downloads or uses this App.

  • Premium Subscription: A paid monthly subscription offering additional features such as ad removal and high-speed scrolling.

3. Services Provided

The App offers utility features such as joystick-based screen scrolling, scroll speed control, and a customizable overlay controller.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the services at any time with or without notice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Premium subscription is billed monthly via Google Play and automatically renews unless canceled.

  • Users can cancel at any time through their Google Play account settings.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • All subscription management and refunds follow Google Play's payment policies.

5. User Obligations

Users must not:

  1. Use the App for any unlawful, unauthorized, or commercial purpose.

  2. Reverse engineer, reproduce, or modify the App.

  3. Infringe on any intellectual property or proprietary rights.

  4. Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation or services.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the App.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for limitations caused by device environments or accessibility settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design within the App are the property of the operator.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any legal dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
